Terms of service

These Terms define the conditions for accessing and using the LegaliSign service, which lets you upload a document, place signature fields and have it signed electronically by one or more signers.

Using the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

LegaliSign enables the electronic signature of PDF documents. Signatures are implemented in accordance with the European eIDAS Regulation (No 910/2014). Each signature comes with a timestamped proof certificate. No account is required to sign.

The service is provided free of charge, with no subscription or credit card. INFINITE PULSE strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or events of force majeure.

You undertake to use the service lawfully. In particular, you warrant that you:

• have the right to upload the document and have it signed;
• obtain the consent of the signers you invite;
• upload no unlawful or fraudulent content, or content infringing third-party rights;
• provide accurate information (in particular signers’ email addresses).

Signatures made through LegaliSign have the value of an electronic signature within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the signature level offered is suitable for your needs and for the type of act concerned, as some acts may require a qualified signature level or a specific form.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, INFINITE PULSE cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service, nor for the content of documents uploaded by users, who remain solely responsible for them.

The service, its brand and its components are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of INFINITE PULSE. You retain full ownership of the documents you upload.

INFINITE PULSE may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the service is used.

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
