Last updated: June 20, 2026

INFINITE PULSE, publisher of LegaliSign, takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data is processed, for what purposes, and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is INFINITE PULSE, 40 rue Alexandre Dumas, 75011 Paris, France. For any question about your data, contact us via our contact form.

Data we collect

We apply the data minimisation principle.

  • Marketing site (legalisign.com): no account creation. If you contact us through our contact form, hosted by Tally (tally.so), we process the information you provide (name, email address and the content of your message). Our host may log technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and proper operation.
  • Signing service (application): uploaded documents, signers’ names and email addresses, and proof metadata (timestamp, fingerprint, event log) are processed within the LegaliSign application, in accordance with this policy.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Provide the electronic signature service and establish the related proof: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Respond to your contact requests: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
  • Ensure security, prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations: legal obligation / legitimate interest.

Retention periods

Your documents and related data are kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, then deleted. You can delete your documents at any time. Contact data is kept for the time needed to handle your request. Some proof data may be kept longer for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by technical sub-processors (hosting, email delivery, and Tally for our contact form) acting on INFINITE PULSE’s instructions and providing sufficient guarantees under the GDPR. Documents are hosted exclusively within the European Union.

Transfers outside the European Union

Document hosting takes place within the European Union. Where a provider may process technical data outside the EU, such transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

Cookies and local storage

The marketing site uses no advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Local storage items (localStorage) may be used to remember your choice to dismiss the language suggestion banner as well as your response to the cookie consent banner; they contain no personal data. On the contact page, the Tally form (tally.so) may set third-party cookies when it loads.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. To exercise them, contact us via our contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
