Get your first document signed

A step-by-step guide to upload a PDF, add signers and start a signature with LegaliSign.

Getting a document signed with LegaliSign takes a few minutes and requires no installation. Here’s how.

1. Upload your PDF

On the home page, drag your file into the upload zone, or click to select it. Only the PDF format is accepted.

2. Add the signers

Enter the name and email address of each person who needs to sign. You can add one or more signers.

3. Place the signature fields

Position each signature field exactly where you want it on the document. Each signer only sees the fields that concern them.

4. Send the invitations

Once ready, send. Each signer receives a signing link by email: no account to create on their side.

5. Track and receive the proof

You can track progress in real time. On the final signature, everyone receives the signed document along with its timestamped proof certificate.
